Tumelo Care Services is proud to support NDIS participants through a range of community-based roles. Our team comprises experienced social workers and registered nurses, bringing 20 years of expertise in their respective fields. We have worked extensively with individuals affected by trauma, mental health challenges, disability, and both chronic and acute illnesses. As registered professionals, we provide compassionate and comprehensive support, including assistance with daily living activities, health assessments, medication management, and a variety of clinical and healthcare needs.

This model allows participants, especially those in remote or rural areas, to access regular check-ins, therapeutic and nursing support without compromising quality. Tumelo Care Services offers person-centred care. Our participants are treated with dignity and respect. Tumelo ensures services always reflect the participant’s changing needs, preferences, and aspirations. At Tumelo, we personalise care to honour each participant's identity and choices.  We understand that some of our NDIS participants lack community and social engagement. Therefore, Tumelo Care Services actively support participants in engaging with their communities through employment pathways, creative workshops, and peer-led programs. Our goal is to foster confidence, connection, and purpose.
